Guide

I help people feel more human,
in their bodies, relationships, and everyday moments.

With dance & movement, stories, and a lot of honest connection,
I create spaces where messiness is not just welcome, it's the whole point!

Classes, workshops, weird little gatherings and more.

My philosophy:

I believe care is a creative practice.

I believe joy and rigor can coexist.

I believe people learn best when they feel safe, seen, and like they belong.

I believe dance & movement builds trust in ourselves and each other.

I’ve been teaching dance for over 20 years, that's more than half my life!

I’ve choreographed for recitals, competitions, flash mobs, musical theater, show choir, color guard, and full-length productions.

I spent three years writing for Dance ICONS Magazine as a dance journalist.

I teach various fitness modalities, including HIIT, barre, animal flow and more.

I also facilitate behavior change coaching, group workshops, community events, ceremony and rites of passage work.

I'd also like to shout out all of my experience working in the service industry - almost two decades of various retail and restaurant jobs have helped me develop hospitality skills that you can't learn in a classroom.

Right now, I'm building something special.

I love emails! If you've found any of this interesting,

or you would like to partner with me, I'd be so happy to hear from you ;)
